Park Usage

All areas are free to use by the general public, but preference is given to users with a reservation.
If a reserved area isn’t used within 10 minutes of the start time, it becomes available for walk-ins for the rest of the timeslot, unless it’s under maintenance or restricted otherwise.

No Physical Contact

This platform does not condone contact sports. There is no shoving, tackling, kicking or tripping other players; whether you have the ball or are attempting to get the ball. Understand that the other team has a right to try score a point, and that you need to rely on agility, deception and teamwork to win.
Contact games like conventional (tackle) football should be played as flag football instead, because flag football removes tackling and high‑impact collisions.
Games are a way for people to have fun, and good sportsmanship is required.

Cancellations

You are able to cancell your reservation or unjoined from a game at time. We just ask that you **avoid cancelling within 24 hours** of the game. This helps ensure all users are treated with courtesy.
To cancel or unjoin a reservation, you can access the game directly in your ‘My Games’ page or use the ‘Park Schedules’ page to locate your reservation amoung other games.

Game Attendance & No-Shows

Each game participant can report other members, that are currently scheduled for that game, who did not show up.
You can report no-shows by selecting the game that you are apart of, which will redirect you to the ‘User Input’ page, where this option will appear 10 minutes after the game as started.
After a user receives a certain number of no-show reports, their ability to join or reserve games will be temporarily suspended.
We encourage users not to report no-shows if there is bad weather.

1. All user emails are encrypted using salted hash encryption, meaning the data is stored in a coded format that cannot be reversed or decoded.
